Pilot Program Terms

1. The pilot program

Access is by invitation only. The service is in active development and provided free of charge during the pilot. Features may change, be interrupted or be removed at any time. Paid plans, if any, will be offered later under separate terms, and nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement.

2. Your account

The account is personal to the invited coach or staff member. Keep your login details confidential. We may suspend or close an account that is misused.

3. Your videos and your rights

You upload match videos as MP4 files. You confirm that you have the right to record, upload and analyze them, including any consent required from players, parents or guardians (especially for players under 18) and from your school, club or league. You remain the owner of your videos and of the reports you create.

4. AI analysis — no guarantee

Analyses are produced automatically by artificial intelligence and can be incomplete or wrong (for example missed events, wrong team or position). They are a support tool for coaches and must be reviewed before any use. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions taken on the basis of an analysis. Our total liability during the free pilot is limited to USD 100.

6. Privacy and data

We process your account details, your videos and the data derived from them only to provide the service, keep it secure and improve it. We do not sell your data. We use trusted providers to host the application, store files and run AI analysis; they only process data on our behalf.

Retention: original videos are kept for 90 days after their analysis, then deleted; you keep your own copy of the file. Clips, images, statistics and reports are kept as long as your account exists. When an account is closed, its data is deleted within 30 days.

You can ask at any time for access to your data, a correction, or the deletion of your account and data by writing to roger@coachsightai.com.

7. Confidentiality

We treat your videos and analyses as confidential and do not share them with other users or third parties, except our providers as described above or when required by law.

8. Ending the pilot

You can stop using the service and ask for deletion at any time. We can end the pilot or your access with reasonable notice. Sections 3 to 7 survive the end of the pilot.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
